Orders are reviewed upon submission, and if additional work is required beyond standard services, a custom quote may be provided.
Unlimited revisions are offered until the customer is satisfied, provided they align with the original request.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
Rush orders (1-day turnaround) are available for an additional fee.
Turnaround time begins after order confirmation and image approval.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
Rush fees apply for expedited processing.
Custom requests may require an additional charge, which will be discussed before work begins.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
Unlimited revisions are included until the customer is satisfied, within the scope of the original request.
Customers may cancel an order for a full refund if work has not yet begun.
Once work has started, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not allowed due to the custom nature of our service.
7. Image Use & Copyright
By submitting images to Reunify Studios, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them.
We reserve the right to decline any order that may violate copyright laws or contains inappropriate content.
Reunify Studios retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
8. Liability & Limitations
While we strive for perfection, results depend on the quality of the provided images.
We are not responsible for low-resolution prints due to poor-quality uploads.
Reunify Studios is not liable for any losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from the final product beyond the revision policy.
